    Please encourage people to make there reservation Early for the hotel Wed. night (they can do it now / see details below). There is no block of rooms set aside, it is First Come First Serve Only (to avoid the deposit fee on the part of the WCLM organizers).

Thank you very much for arranging this hotel/motel for a possible overnight stop by people coming up from south of Portland who will be participating in next summer's West Coast Lotus Meet (WCLM)... I really appreciate your efforts.

Thanks also for contacting the local Portland (Beaverton) Lotus Dealership about possible involvement in the evening get together for dinner with members your Club Lotus NW (CLNW) and Lotus Car Club members from "down south".

I'm glad that you've talked (at least in a preliminary way) with the local Lotus Dealership about the possibility that they might be interested in being a sponsor (at some level) for the 2013 WCLM, either in a local (Portland) sort of way and/or for the WCLM that is going to be occuring up here in the Greater Seattle area.
