Hello everybody:

To answer a question that I've received from ELCC-members Gary Wood, Dan Morrison and a couple of others, we will probably be able to allow people who have paid for full participation in this summer's West Coast Lotus Meet to bring guests to the evening banquet and tour of LeMay - America's Car Museum (and possibly other individual events), but these people (the guests) will need to pay for the "real costs" of these events, plus possibly a small premium and, because space is limited in some of the venues, opportunities to bring guests will need to be balanced in consideration to people who will be paying for full participation... in other words, if we get enough people willing to pay for full participation to fill up or nearly fill up the venue spaces (particularly the three dinner locations), then they would take precedence over people who just wanted to attend one or two events during the West Coast Lotus Meet.

I hope you understand and appreciate this approach we need to take.
