[members] Pre 2013 WCLM Plan For Portland

Hi Mark, I have registered for the WCLM and made reservations at the  
Shilo Inn and Red lion. Hopefully if the pre meet on the 3rd works  
out and you can negotiate a better rate. 2013 looks to be a great  
year. Do you have any idea what the Canooks are up to? at reg there  
was a question as traveling on to Vancouver.
