    Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you but I found out from another Club Member that there was a problem in that the Shilo Inn front desk did not have our info., so I had to get that fixed first. Everything is good to go now.
    So here are the details on the deal everyone should get as stated in prior e-mails:
 
    Portland / Beaverton Shilo Inn
    9900 S.W. Canyon Rd.
    Portland, Or. 97225-2996
  
    - Check in on Wed. Jul. 3rd 2013 / Check out on Thur. Jul. 4th 2013 (One night).
 
    - For the reservation you must call the front desk at (503)297-2551 and say you are with the West Coast Lotus Meet. This is first come first served, so don't delay (Rooms could run out).
 
    - Our rate for a single king or double queen room is $79.00 plus 10% tax. The normal rate for this time of year is $109.00 to $119.00 plus 10% tax, so we are getting a $30.00 to $40.00 discount for the night.
 
    - Breakfast off the menu is free in the morning.
 
    - There is plenty of room for trailers in the parking lot.
 
    So if anyone did not get this deal, call them back, they have the info. now.
 
    As for what is going on with Vancouver, Canada, all I know is that the ELCC is working with the Lotus Car Club of British Columbia on something. Doug Jackson, Chairman of the ELCC would be the best person to answer that question. He is included on this e-mail and maybe Doug has some more info. he can share with us. 
    We are looking forward to seeing You and Diane again.

P.S. I just checked one of the WCLM websites www.elcc.org/2013wclm/ and it has some info. about Canada which may have been added after you sent your original e-mail.

Hi Mark, I have registered for the WCLM and made reservations at the Shilo Inn and Red lion. Hopefully if the pre meet on the 3rd works out and you can negotiate a better rate. 2013 looks to be a great year. Do you have any idea what the Canooks are up to? at reg there was a question as traveling on to Vancouver.
